We're thrilled to work with Two Architects, an exceptional architecture firm from Tulum, Mexico. Ivano Ascencio, the Founder & Principal Architect, has been a part of our project from the beginning, now nearing five years. We share a vision of infusing authentic, sustainable Tulum-inspired design into the Caribbean setting as we design our modern island community.
Windward Mayreau Construction Progress July 2023
We're amid the rainy season, and everything is beautifully green. We've recently completed the frame for the dining deck and have been focusing on the plasterwork for the bungalows and restaurants. Starting next week, one of three containers will arrive with teak windows, doors, furniture, wood flooring, water purifiers, and more. Despite the typical uncertainties of construction timelines, we're optimistic about finishing by year's end. Our current project plan points to early November. Stay tuned for more progress reports!

Landscaping Designs & Inspiration
Drawing inspiration from the lush landscapes of Bali and Tulum, we plan to cultivate a vibrant, tropical environment. Thanks to our similar climate, we can grow many of the same plants, creating a lush, green oasis. What's more, we're committed to sustainability, using purified wastewater to nourish our plants.
