Barefoot Luxury, Sustainable Design

Windward’s bungalows are designed by our Tulum-based architects and come fully furnished with custom, reclaimed teak furniture from Indonesia. Each spacious studio has 600 ft² of living space with 435 ft² of interior space and 165 ft² of covered deck space. These are independent-titled properties on a 1,800 to 2,000 ft² lot. They are designed to integrate into the pristine tropical landscape and maximize ocean views. We have completed approximately 75% of the construction and will finish by April 2024.
