Join us as a founding member of our modern island community to live, play, work, and connect. We have begun pre-open sales of our luxury beachfront bungalows perfectly located on Mayreau’s Windward Beach. Enjoy the ultimate ease of ownership and carefree island living. You can use your bungalow as often as you wish and choose to participate in our full-service rental program. Three-quarters of the construction has been completed, and we plan to open in May 2024.

Stroll down the beach to find Salt Whistle Bay, a pristine tropical oasis National Geographic called "Paradise Found" and Conde Nast Traveler named a "Top International Beach." Salt Whistle Beach is the perfect spot for a beach day with spectacular, unspoiled views of the coral reefs as well as snorkeling, swimming, and stand-up paddle boarding.
Explore Tobago Cays Marine Park
Take a short boat ride to see why the Tobago Cays is known as the “Jewel in the Crown” of the Grenadines. These five uninhabited islands, surrounded by a clear lagoon, are home to hundreds of species, including sea turtles, rays, iguanas, and the most extensive coral reefs in St. Vincent. Swim with sea turtles, snorkel around the 2 1/2 mile long Horseshoe Reef, scuba dive, kiteboard, or enjoy a beach BBQ on a magnificent white sand beach.
Experience Kiteboarding Paradise
The Grenadines offer the finest kiting conditions in the Caribbean. Reliable trade winds blow 16-24 knots from November to July, offering epic conditions in warm turquoise water and a selection of uncrowded spots — waves, flat water, or island downwinders. It’s perfect for beginners, intermediate or advanced riders with twin tips, surfboards, or foils. And if you’re new to kiteboarding, this is the ideal place to learn with our partner school HappyKite.
We have five spectacular kite spots to choose from, with our home spot on Windward Mayreau being the best. Stable, side-onshore wind provides an excellent spot to play in the waves and get massive jumps from the kickers. Or freeride in the crystal clear water with beautiful views of Tobago Cays, Canouan, and Mayreau.
The Windward Mayreau Resort is conveniently located within the Tobago Cays Marine Park, a protected ecosystem with the most extensive coral reefs in Saint Vincent. You’ll enjoy direct access to some of the best kiteboarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, and beaches in the Caribbean.

Mayreau is a small island in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, an island nation in the Eastern Caribbean. There are direct flights from Miami, New York City, Toronto, and London to Kingstown (SVD), then a short hop to Mayreau on a small plane or ferry.
